    Drive to Shillong via Umiam Lake.

    Overnight: Shillong

    Shillong to Cherrapunji

    Elephant Falls and Shillong Peak en route, then Nohkalikai and Seven Sisters falls.

    Overnight: Cherrapunji

  3. Day03

    Root bridge trek

    Descend to the double-decker living root bridge at Nongriat (a demanding trek).

  4. Day04

    Dawki & Mawlynnong

    Boat on the Umngot river and a walk through Mawlynnong village.

    Overnight: Shillong

  5. Day05

    Shillong

    Ward's Lake, Don Bosco Museum and Police Bazaar.

    Depart Guwahati

    Return to Guwahati, with an optional Kamakhya Temple visit.
