The itinerary

  1. Day01

    Arrive in Srinagar

    Transfer to your houseboat. Evening shikara ride across Dal Lake past floating gardens.

    Overnight: Srinagar houseboat

  2. Day02

    Sonmarg excursion

    Full-day drive along the Sindh river to Sonmarg, the 'meadow of gold', with optional pony ride to Thajiwas Glacier.

    Overnight: Srinagar

  3. Day03

    Srinagar to Gulmarg

    Drive to Gulmarg. Ride the gondola towards Apharwat (tickets optional) and walk the meadows.

  4. Day04

    Gulmarg to Pahalgam

    Scenic drive via saffron fields of Pampore and Avantipura ruins to Pahalgam.

  5. Day05

    Pahalgam valleys

    Visit Betaab Valley, Aru Valley and Chandanwari, or relax by the Lidder river.

    Depart Srinagar

    Drive back to Srinagar for your onward journey, with time for the Mughal Gardens if flights allow.
