Refund Policy

Planning and quotations are free. If you decide not to proceed before any booking is made and before any advance is paid, nothing is due.

Once bookings are made, refunds depend on the cancellation terms of each hotel, airline, transport operator and activity provider involved in your trip.

The applicable terms are shared with you in writing before you confirm, and any amount recovered from suppliers is passed on to you after deducting charges already incurred.

Where a supplier allows it, we will try to move your booking instead of cancelling it. Rate differences and amendment charges may apply.

In the case of weather, road closures, strikes, government restrictions or similar events, we will do our best to rearrange your trip. Refunds in these cases remain subject to supplier policies.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against these situations.

Approved refunds are made to the original payment source. Processing time depends on your bank and the suppliers involved.
