1. Booking Terms

By making a booking with Narayana Avacation, you agree to these terms and conditions. A confirmed booking requires a minimum advance payment of 30% of the total package cost.

2. Payment

Full payment must be completed at least 7 days before the travel date. For international packages, full payment is required 15 days prior. Late payments may result in booking cancellation.

3. Cancellation Policy

• 30+ days before travel: Full refund minus processing fee
• 15-30 days: 50% refund
• 7-15 days: 25% refund
• Less than 7 days: No refund

4. Itinerary Changes

Narayana Avacation reserves the right to modify itineraries due to weather conditions, road closures, government restrictions, or force majeure events. Alternative arrangements will be provided where possible.

5. Travel Documents

Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid travel documents including passports, visas, and ID proofs. We are not liable for issues arising from invalid or incomplete documents.

6. Liability

Narayana Avacation acts as an intermediary between travelers and service providers. We are not liable for delays, loss, damage, or injury caused by third-party service providers, natural disasters, or events beyond our control.

7. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance for all trips. Travel insurance is mandatory for international packages and can be arranged through us.

8. Complaints

Any complaints should be communicated during the trip for immediate resolution. Post-trip complaints must be submitted within 7 days of return via email to info@narayanaavacation.com.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.
