Prices shown on this website are indicative and given for planning purposes only. A trip is confirmed only once you have received a written quotation from us and the agreed advance has been paid.

Quotations are valid for the period stated on them and may change if hotels, transport or taxes change before confirmation.

An advance is normally required to begin bookings, with the balance due before departure. The exact schedule will be stated in your quotation.

Payments should only be made to the account details shared by us in writing. Please verify any payment request by calling our office.

You may request changes to an itinerary at any time before confirmation. After bookings are made, changes depend on hotel and transport policies and may attract charges.

Cancellation terms follow the policies of the hotels, airlines and service providers involved, and will be shared with you in writing before you confirm.

You are responsible for holding valid identification, passports, visas and any permits required for your journey. We will advise on the documents needed and can assist with applications where we offer that service.

Entry decisions rest with the relevant authorities. We cannot be held responsible for a refused entry or visa.

We plan and coordinate travel arrangements with third-party suppliers such as hotels, transport operators and activity providers, and take care in selecting them.

We are not liable for delays, weather, road closures, strikes or other events beyond our reasonable control. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.

Please respect local laws, customs and the property of hotels and transport providers. Suppliers may refuse service where behaviour affects the safety or comfort of others.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Gautam Buddh Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.
