Booking & Payments

How do I book a tour package?
You can book by filling out the enquiry form on any tour page, or by contacting us via WhatsApp or phone. Our travel expert will guide you through the process and share a detailed itinerary.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers (NEFT/IMPS/UPI), credit/debit cards, and popular digital wallets. A 30% advance is required to confirm the booking.
Can I cancel or reschedule my booking?
Yes, cancellations and rescheduling are possible subject to our cancellation policy. Cancellations made 15+ days before travel incur minimal charges.
Is travel insurance included?
Travel insurance is not included by default but can be arranged as an add-on. We highly recommend it for all international trips.

Can tour packages be customized?
Absolutely! All our packages are fully customizable. You can modify the duration, hotels, destinations, and activities to suit your preferences.
Are meals included in the packages?
Breakfast is included in most packages. Some packages include additional meals (like Kashmir and houseboat stays). Check inclusions on each tour page.
What type of hotels do you offer?
We typically offer well-reviewed 3-4 star hotels. Upgrades to premium/luxury properties are available at additional cost.
Do you offer group discounts?
Yes, groups of 6+ travelers receive special discounted rates. Contact us for a group quote.

Is it safe to travel to your listed destinations?
All our listed destinations are popular tourist spots with established infrastructure. We monitor safety conditions and adjust itineraries as needed.
Do you provide guides at destinations?
Local English-speaking guides are available at most destinations. Guide services are included in select packages.
What documents are needed for international travel?
A valid passport (with 6+ months validity), visa (as required), and travel insurance are needed. We assist with visa applications.
What if there's a natural disaster or emergency?
We have emergency protocols in place. Our team monitors weather and safety conditions and provides real-time assistance to travelers.
